Challenge:
Customer had (9) locations throughout the state (NJ) and the issue for them was that NO ONE could communicate amongst their different sites without having to make an outside call. (Full DID Dial). They also needed to improve the way they routed a caller to their correct office without necessarily having to pick up the call. Main location has very high call volume and they have major issues keeping up with the wide variety of needs callers have for different divisions of their business. Another issue we noticed is that they were overpaying at each location for independent lines and phones and inconsistent service across all their sites. Solution: Steele Elite Partner’s Managed Service Provider recommended a Cloud Communication platform for all their sites. One Bill, One Platform for everything while still keeping their Main Numbers for each site the same. Not only can they SMS between their sites but also collaborate and dial extensions to get to any person throughout their organization. The very robust Auto Attendant was programmed so that call flow would assist the employees who have customers dialing into their main site get correctly routed to the division of their choice without needing any assistance from an employee. Each Sites Main number also received their own Auto Attendant. This enabled the caller to get to the correct department. The amount of efficiency, effectiveness and costs savings was noticed almost immediately. Without a doubt this was the PERFECT solution for them. Not only brought overall costs way down, but it also made it easy to service any user from any location right from their central office. No longer needed a technician to come out on site to make any moves, adds or changes. Fes for all of that gone immediately!
